Dave and Leslie are a husband and wife team with 15 years of combined experience in the Gainesville market.
Dave moved to Gainesville in 1987, and began working part time at Shands Hospital while pursuing a bachelor's degree at UF. Dave earned that bachelor's degree and two masters' degrees all while climbing the corporate ladder at Shands. His first graduate degree is in Environmental Science, and he worked in the environmental field as a wetland scientist, giving him a unique perspective on commercial and residential development. Dave left that field in 1997 due to industry wide layoffs. He then returned to Shands and pursued a Master's in Health Administration, ultimately working as an Associate Director of Laboratories before leaving healthcare to pursue a career in Real Estate in 2003.
Leslie is an experienced residential agent with over 8 years of experience in the Gainesville Market. She was a member of one of the most productive condo teams during the real estate boom between 2004 and 2007, and she has a tremendous knowledge of the local residential market and considerable project sales experience.
